Opening 16th February This exhibition highlights the diversity of approaches to clay that are present in the Waikato. Tuesday 21st February, 7pm to 9pm This session will explain how to use the 3 different kiln controllers we have, how to programme them and the logic behind the standard profiles that we use. The gas kiln operation and firing procedure will also be covered. No need to book – just show up if interested. |

Woodstoke Whangamata For the first time in New Zealand a conference is happening dedicated to the art of wood firing. This will be the start of the renaissance for the wood firing fraternity and the best possible introduction for potters and ceramicists that have wanted to have a go with wood firing.
