Phoenix Wood Firing enrolment period extended

The wood for the firing got stacked today, but we’d love to get a few more sign-ups for the Phoenix Wood Firing happening on the 6th and 7th of April. So we’re moving the prep day to Friday the 5th of April and extending the booking deadline to Thursday the 4th of April. If you’ve been thinking about joining in, hopefully this gives you some more time to plan schedules and make pots! Get more info and enrol here.

Open Day Market Stalls and Volunteers

For those who are tossing up between volunteering for Open Day, or taking up the opportunity to sell their pots at the Members’ Market; Caroline Hamilton has generously offered to sell any volunteering member’s pieces at her market stall, at no cost. If you’d like to take advantage of that opportunity, hit Libby up and she’ll put you in touch with Caroline.

And on the subject of Open Day Volunteering, we’ve created a handy-dandy online form for sign-ups on Events Pronto. If you’ve already signed up on the yellow sheet on the front desk, we’ll pop your name into the appropriate section of the online register. If you haven’t already signed up though, please consider giving us a hand. It’s a fun day, and such a fantastic way of showcasing our club to the wider community. Just click on the “Volunteer” button then choose the am or pm shift, or both!
