Kia ora tatou,
Though the building is closed for another week there's still lots happening behind the scenes.
Building works
The new ceiling in the kiln room is well under way. As you can see by the pictures the builders covered the bisque and glaze shelves with drop cloths so we don't have a big clean-up job afterwards (fingers crossed). Thanks to the elves who moved most of the pots off the shelves beforehand. The forecast for next week is sunny all week so the roof replacement should progress rapidly.
53rd annual exhibition
Don't forget entries close 11.59pm Sunday 3rd August.
