Staffing

As you may be aware, Josephine left us at the end of last year and we extend our gratitude to her for her contributions to the studio and society over the past two years.

While we take time to recruit a new staff member, we will have Larissa Milsum and Dave Austin in the studio from time to time helping Libby with various tasks. Both are experienced potters and ceramic artists and are more than qualified to help with all your queries (probably over-qualified actually). Massive thanks to both these fabulous people 🤗

Free oven/hotplate combo thingy

Could anyone use this wee bench-top oven/hotplate combo? Maybe for the bach, shed or at a community clubhouse... It's going free and is sitting in the kitchen waiting for a new home - first in, first served.

Congratulations Yasmin!

Our incredibly talented Diploma Tutor Yasmin Davis won a Merit Award at the WaiClay exhibition and awards in mid-December - congratulations Yasmin! We are so lucky to have such a gifted artist on our team here at WSP.

If you haven't already headed along to the Waikato Museum to take in the WaiClay exhibition, do check it out before it closes on the 23rd of March. Highly recommended viewing!
